Dr. Oltman is a 1978 graduate of the University of Missouri where he received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) Degree.  He was a general practitioner in the Jefferson county area for 5 1/2 years before becoming the sole owner of the St. Clair Veterinary Clinic in 1984.
